What happens to what you send me.

1. What Data We Collect

We collect only the information strictly necessary to answer your property enquiry:

• Contact form inputs (Name, Email address, Telephone or WhatsApp number).
• Optional free-text search criteria or concerns submitted in form fields.
• Standard technical server logs collected automatically by Vercel (IP address, browser type).

2. Lawful Basis & Retention Schedule

Lawful Basis: Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a transaction contract).

Retention Period: Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of three years from your last direct contact, after which it is permanently deleted unless a transaction contract has been signed.

3. International Data Transfers (UK / US / AU)

Because our clients reside primarily in the UK, US, Ireland, and Australia, communication via email or WhatsApp involves cross-border transmission:

• Transfers to the UK are covered by the UK GDPR Adequacy Decision.
• Hosting servers provided by Vercel Inc. utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to safeguard data processed outside the EEA.
• We never sell, rent, or trade client personal data to third-party marketing brokers.
